The application-specific software is defined by the measured / tested product. It guarantees the correct use of the measuring systems and testing equipment and allows a structured process sequence and workflow for the operator.
The automatic sequence control handles communication and synchronization between all components to integrate complex measuring devices, sensors, cameras, scanners, as well as safety functions – if needed in real-time.

Parameter settings are loaded and measuring data and test values are responded – e.g. stored in data base.
Network interruptions are precautioned secured by the system infrastructure. Shut-downs, data loss and failure can not interrupt the production process. Continious operation is guaranteed, data loss prevented !
